• Cement: Imported 100% directly from But Son cement factory, Vicem… Japanese and Danish technology is bulk cement using lead clamp technology for 60-ton vehicles with factory certificates.
• Steel: Imported from abroad (special cable steel that leading domestic steel factories do not have enough production technology) or Thai Nguyen steel.
• Stone: using stone with guaranteed grain composition mined at Kien Khe quarry – Ha Nam for the best stone quality in the North.
• Sand: 100% Viet Tri golden sand.
• Concrete grade of AMACCAO Concrete Prefabricated Drainage Groove is designed with grade 250 to ensure durability, water is eternal.
• The steel core is certified by the Institute of Transport Science & Technology.

Bearing structure: Reinforced concrete trench

• Reinforced structures used for production conform to national standards TCVN 6394:2014 on precast thin-walled reinforced concrete raceways and corresponding standards.
• Reinforcing steel used for the production of precast concrete ditches conforms to the following respective standards: Steel bars used as load-bearing reinforcement by TCVN 1651-1:2008 and TCVN 1651:2:2008; High strength cold drawn low carbon steel by TCVN 6288:1997; Welded wire mesh conforms to TCVN 1651-3:2008.
• Deviation from design steel spacing (in millimeters): Forbearing steel bars, not more than 10; For belt steel, not more than 10.
• The concrete grade must meet design requirements and not less than M25.
• Concrete mix with water/cement ratio (N/X) not more than 0.45.
• Vertical load capacity.
